Our work would not be possible without a large core of volunteers, and significant local fundraising. We offer many opportunities for volunteer experience.

Marla Hollingworth

"Marla Hollingworth, Volunteer of the Year"

The AIDS Thunder Bay 2010 Volunteer of the Year is Marla Hollingworth. Marla has been volunteering with ATB since 1993. She has worked at yard sales, Harbourfest, the AIDS Walk, the art auction, tag days, the AGM, bingos, the vigil, raffles, the waffle breakfast and other events. She was a member of the fundraising committee for many years and has been a board member since 2005. Marla is gracious and kind and has a big smile on her face for everyone she meets. She is always willing to help wherever she can and we truly appreciate all she has done for us.
